Tips to ensure the best possible experience

If this is your first initial Massage Therapy treatment with Eastern Shore Massage Therapy then please note that your first appointment will be approximately 20-30 minutes longer than your booked massage treatment time. For first time clients a health history form is required to be filled out, which will take place while your treatment table is being set up if using the mobile service or prior to treatment if at our location; this form ensures your best interests are taken into consideration and a treatment plan is tailored to you. Once the health history form is filled out a client interview is conducted with you to find out more about your health concerns or health goals for the treatment. Followed by a physical assessment if required, to rule out or confirm clinical relevancy, such as range of motion testing, neurological tests and/or orthopedic tests which will allow me to formulate a clinical impression and further more an effective treatment plan. I like to follow up at the begining of any future appointments/rebooking, which means it is common for my appointments to go over the booked time but please note that you will always be treated for the full time you booked, your well-being is always our priority.
